I realize the reviews out there vary…
I realize the reviews out there vary quite a bit. I will say this. It took a while to get the shoes. They did not fit exactly the way I preferred so I returned them. The return process was not that bad and when we ran into some complications customer service Feliz was very helpful, took care of the issue quickly and professionally. Thank you!

I purchased 3 paris of boots…
I purchased two pairs of Ovelle boots and one pair of Aurelle boots from Weston & Finch based on the company’s marketing of “premium leather” footwear. Unfortunately, after only approximately 5–6 wears, both pairs of Ovelle boots began coming unglued. I have already provided the company with photographs and will also be sending video documentation of the defects. In my experience, quality footwear should not begin separating after such limited use. What concerns me further is that while the company advertises “premium leather,” I could not find clear information regarding the actual construction method or materials used. There is no indication whether the boots are stitched, welted, or simply glue-constructed. Because of the rapid failure of the Ovelle boots, I no longer have confidence in the durability of the unworn Aurelle boots either. I am sharing this so prospective buyers can make a fully informed decision before purchasing.

Despite the product style being what I…
Despite the product style being what I did not expect, it truly was of the highest quality one should expect. What’s even more rewarding with this company because there was an issue in the return and they did not argue. They simply refunded my purchase amount and due to the issue being on their end I was allowed to keep the product and I am donating it to those in need. To me that is class above everything else.

Poor quality product that bears little…
Poor quality product that bears little resemblance to the photo on Instagram. I now have to return the goods to an address in the US at my own cost and pay a restocking fee. Website said the seller was a Dutch business, so why America. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Where to begin?
Where to begin? First off, the shoes took over a month to ship. The product has an unusual and awful chemical smell which doesn't seem to go away which makes this very suspect. And they are not sized correctly - very narrrow which makes them unusable. Their return process is cumbersome and almost makes you feel that they are trying to just make you go away. I am going away and will just throw this junk away. This doesn't seem like a real company and I'd advise to stay away from them

I bought a pair of shoes
I bought a pair of shoes, they sent me 2 sizes bigger( instead of 10 they sent me a 12)and when I ask for a return or exchange they say i have to pay for shipping even though they made the mistake.Of course no refund just store credit. Beware !!

Ordered shoes - quality terrible
