Good customer service
You have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee, so be aware of that if you are rolling the dice on sizing, but they have good, responsive customer service so you aren't operating in a vacuum.

I realize the reviews out there vary…
I realize the reviews out there vary quite a bit. I will say this. It took a while to get the shoes. They did not fit exactly the way I preferred so I returned them. The return process was not that bad and when we ran into some complications customer service Feliz was very helpful, took care of the issue quickly and professionally. Thank you!

Good products but needs further improvement
The coats are of good quality and the fit is quite good too. However, there is no sizing guide available on the webpage and this makes purchases a guess work. From purchase to delivery to Malaysia takes approximately 10 to 14 days. This is a little too long for an online purchase.
