Fantastic experience. From answering questions before I bought the machine, tracking and updates as the machine arrived and amazing support that is always available when I run into any issues (user error) I would reccomend this company to anyone!

Have had my poolin machine for 2 weeks and I started off with many questions. Leo has helped me so much with understanding how the machine works and giving me all the directions I need to get my machine running. I'm glad I can count on the customer service to answer all my questions.

I’ve wanted an embroidery machine for a while now. And I saw this one night scrolling on TikTok and decided to purchase it. At first I was out of my league, I was having trouble with my needle reading. One of my friends told me to reach out to get help and I did. Kai Tang was the one that helped me and was so patient helping me get the machine back to running. I’m so thankful cause I was definitely ready to throw the towel in. Kai restored my faith in getting started with embroidery.

Best company ever!!! The machines are awesome but most of all their customer service is amazing. Having their techs available to help with any issue is a game changer. I am really happy with my eco07!

Patient support helped me fix my tension problem I was having a frustrating time with thread tension on my Poolin EOM. The Poolin support team stuck with me and helped me work through it step by step until we got the tension dialed in just right. Now my machine sews beautifully. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or silly for asking questions. I paid good money for this machine and I expect it to work the way it's supposed to — Poolin's support made sure it does. Highly recommend!
