I bought 2 shoes for myself and 1 for my wife's in two separate orders. After I made the order, I read all the bad reviews and started to worry. I did ask the company to put together my order to save on shipping charges but they said they can't. Was surprised about this as i just put the order and I received an email saying u can add items to your shipment. Anyway not a big issue. Website says 99+ free shipping but I had to pay not sure why but again no big issue as it was $13. While waiting the company kept sending emails about progress including one that mentions how they ship and why they ship that way. They also talked about the smell. When I received my shoes they looked like the website in colour and design, they were unique as expected and that is why I bought them. The fit was great and no smell. They did not have any labels and I thought while they were good they seemed over priced. The company responded quickly and offered store credit and discount code. Great communication and did explain that they don't rebate. I was good with that as I had another shoe that I liked so I bought that too. My wife shoes arrived a few day later and they were perfect. Wife loved them. I rate this transaction highly, I did not experience any of the drastic comments other made. I am overall happy with my dealings and would buy again from them as they have unique designs not found on other websites.

They were amazing! I bought a pair of white leather belvani loafers for $100 and even though the shipping took long, when it finally arrived it was great quality but it was too big so I put in an exchange for the next size down and they let me keep the current pair while only covering the small shipping cost and when the second pair arrived it was also slightly too big so again I did the same thing and they were very generous and let me keep that pair also while giving me the next size down. Very generous company, good response time and customer service, great quality goods! Highly recommend 10/10!!

Despite the product style being what I did not expect, it truly was of the highest quality one should expect. What’s even more rewarding with this company because there was an issue in the return and they did not argue. They simply refunded my purchase amount and due to the issue being on their end I was allowed to keep the product and I am donating it to those in need. To me that is class above everything else.
