Susan
The dogs are so small that most of the picture is plain black

This was the 4th time I have ordered from West & Willow and I have been pleased previously but not this time. I completed their request form to redo my product because 2 of my 3 dogs were not the right color. I also emailed customer support. I did NOT receive a reply to any correspondence and it has been greater than 2 weeks. I waited to complete this survey in hopes for a response and a redo. I have NOT received any correspondence even though you replied 5 days ago that you reached out. Please reply to ly concerns. Thank you!

Portraits came out great. Delivery was faster than expected too!

I ordered two portraits and both came out very nice. The one with two cats was adorable! The one with dog could be better. I would give you 5 stars but on the dog’s one eye, a hair was drawn into the pupil. And even if the original picture had this flaw, wouldn’t it be better if the hair was omitted to fully show the beauty of her eye? I still love your product and will continue to refer friends to your website.

Hello Huong, Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful feedback! We’re so glad you loved the portraits — especially the one of your cats 🐾😊 We really appreciate your note about the detail in your dog’s eye and will share that with our team to help improve future artwork. Thank you again for your support and for recommending us!

The first delivery of two pieces arrived with one of them being an incorrect product and both missing some text. The next delivery was the corrected product but I still have two products with some missing text. I asked for 🐾 after the names and no explanation was provided whether or not this was possible.
Response from West & WillowNov 4, 2025
Hello Marnie, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re so sorry for the mix-up and missing text. We completely understand how disappointing that must be. Our team is reviewing your order now to clarify the issue with the paw prints 🐾 and ensure you receive the corrected versions as requested. We’ll be in touch shortly to make this right!

I really enjoyed the check out process and the customer service experience but I have to be honest, this does not look quite like our dog, Charlie. The entire package is just adorable, frame, name/font. I just don't think it looks like our boy.
