I received my order over a month past the ordering date. I ordered on Nov. 29th to meet the deadline for Canadian Christmas orders. The cut off was December 4th. Not only was this a Christmas present fail, this entire company seems to be a fail. Once I finally did receive my order, it was of three dogs!!!! We have two cats!!! This is a terrible business with a poor business model. Even if I do end up receiving the correct order, I will never order from them again. Their company is a joke!

I’m obsessed with my custom pet portrait

First of all I am still waiting on a resolution for my issue with my pet portrait. I had a portrait of my parents 3 dogs made for them for a Christmas present. Two of the dogs have passed and I thought this would be a good gift for them to have in memory of all their fur babies. One of the dogs did not look like itself at all and one somewhat looked like her, more like a generic dog picture. However they did get one dog spot on. I reached out about making changes so I could make it perfect. I only mentioned the dog that was the most unrecognizable. With many emails back and forth, which now I'm beginning to think its all automated, I still don't have the issued resolved and I'm really unsure of whats happening? I've asked to speak to someone and no one has offered to reach out or give me a number to call to keep from having to go around and around, not knowing if something is in progress? I've already let my parents down bc the order was suppose to arrive before Christmas. It did but it was wrong. Now we are still in limbo without a date for a new one. My biggest complaint is that they only let you put one picture of a dog. If I could have given 3, I feel like they could have known more what the dog looked like. I did this as a surprise so I couldn't physically get a eye to eye picture of my parents dogs. They live 4 hours away, two of the dogs have passed and I wanted it to be a surprise. So how are you to get one perfect picture? I would say this is not what they are making it out to be, more of a generic photo, not personalized. Seems more like an app that creates the photo?

Overall amazing portrait! My girlfriends cat came out amazing however, my cat looked more grey then brown in it though but y’all nailed her features!

The order didn't arrive in time for Christmas even though I ordered in December 4th. That isn't necessarily the fault of West & Willow but I feel as though ordering on December 4th was plenty of time. When I did finally receive the product I was very disappointed in the quality. The 8x10 poster that I spent $42 on was very low quality and not the type of picture I was hoping for. Very low Value. The 12X16 was much better but still not the quality I was expecting after the work from them I saw online. It almost looks like my order was very rushed and lazily done. I had such high expectations for this. Not worth the bear $100 I spent. I expected a lot more detail.
