I love the design, and the artists did a great job. This would be a 5-star review, except the first design/delivery was incorrect, and I wasn't able to gift it on time. The team at W&W did offer me a corrected replacement free of charge. It turned out great.

I could not add a different ship to address on my phone, had to go to a computer and add but then could not specify a separate bill to. Also the promo code I was given didn't work on the computer so I had to save address under my account, go back to phone and order. Support would take 2-4 days to respond and almost just gave up all together on placing order.

I was so Happy with the excellent customer service I received . I ordered 2 portraits for 2 different dogs , one was not as expected and west willow kindly replace it . I received the order a couple of weeks ago and is just perfect. I have quite a few friends ordering for their dogs . I will definitely will order more in the future . Receiving the portrait of my dog that has passed away brought me to tears, and not just me but touched my 4 & 7 year old sons' hearts as well. Mika was our boys big sister, & she took her role as their protector very seriously. It's been 3 years since we've lost her & she is still remembered fondly. She was impossible to capture photos of, because she was always on the move, always guarding, always herding, protecting... I was nervous because I was unsure if any of the photos I submitted would be useful or if they'd be able to capture our sweet girl truly. I went ahead & ordered the portrait because I had saw that you can preview to change anything before it's printed, however this is not actually the case & it is my only complaint I wish they would correct on their page in order to not mislead anyone else. I will more than likely be ordering more, however, because the art is beautiful & the frame is also decent quality as well. It will work wonderfully in my home.

For the price of the picture for two dogs one of our dogs doesn’t really look like what was printed. The other dog does and I am satisfied but the golden retriever looks different.

I am very impressed at the likeness of my pets. The images captured their characteristics and colouring perfectly. The digital image was missing from from order but when I contacted customer service, it was sent to me the same day! My overall experience was great. I am thrilled with the products and I would recommend them to anyone who inquired. Thank you West and Willow!
