I don’t feel like it was worth $46 simply for a print - I literally could Have used chat gpt to create something very similar. Nothing wrong with the print- just absolutely not worth the money.

Great Communication and top notch workmanship! The Team at West & Willow walk with me through the entire process. I told them how special this portrait was because it's for my mom who has had two dogs cross the Rainbow Bridge. A couple of pictures were not all that great so they asked me to resend a better picture and explained to me why it was important. When I opened the box yesterday it took my breath away. I am over the moon happy and highly recommend W&W. Top notch!!!

I’ve asked multiple times for an update on my order, and no one has gotten back to me. Estimated lead time is 2-3 week, and it’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered (10/25/25). I need more communication. The reviews online posted this month say they received their shipments a week after ordering, so it’s frustrating that I can’t even get a response. AND I paid extra to go to the front of the design line. What gives?

We ordered a two dog picture. One of our dogs is much larger than the other. Ironically, the bigger one pictured is much smaller than the other. :-(
