I bought 3 pictures for my children, two for their dogs and one for their 2 cats. They replicated the photos I sent to a tee and the whole process was trouble free. They are one of the best Christmas gifts they ever got! Love this company!

The most amazing portraits of our pups. I was blown away. Also made an error with my order and they were very quick to help me remedy it.

Wow, wow, wow. Just wow. The artwork is soooo cute and it’s really nice, but the customer service is NEXT LEVEL. My artwork originally didn’t turn out how I wanted it to so they offered to make edits that I would approve. They were timely, super nice, and very accommodating. This type of service just hasn’t existed anywhere post Covid. I’d definitely buy more things from them. Thank you for creating a happy memory of my dog.

When I came across West & Willow’s pet portraits online, I instantly knew they would make the perfect Christmas gifts for the pet owners in my family. The process of submitting the portrait requests was simple and hassle-free, and the orders were completed quickly. I was astonished by how beautifully they rendered my sister’s dog and cat, vividly capturing their unique personalities. The second portrait of my other sister’s two Harlequin bunnies needed some tweaking, which West & Willow handled in an attentive, friendly, and professional manner. The final artwork was breathtaking! I’m looking forward to seeing my family’s faces light up when they receive their portraits. I highly recommend West & Willow for anyone seeking a treasured keepsake for themselves or fellow pet lovers.

I paid extra for speedy delivery. My delivery was sent to my address instead of the address I put in. I had to spend another 60 dollars to get it to the correct location. I’ve used this company enough times that I would expect them to be understanding to the issue I came across. No help or assistance was provided and I am very very disappointed.
Response from West & WillowNov 23, 2025
Hello Alaina, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our support team is currently reviewing your issue and will assist you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
