Look elsewhere. Artwork error entirely on their part for Christmas gift (dog with tilted head in photo, arrived with head upright and therefore ear defying gravity and sticking straight out to the side--awful quality control). Mistake artwork arrived well before Christmas. Corrected artwork arrived 3.5 weeks after Christmas. Artwork was better but obviously late with no acknowledgement of their error and refusal to do anything on price paid (polite but poor customer service). Therefore, I paid full price for a gift that arrived more than a month late with no consideration for price paid. Look elsewhere.

I ordered a 15oz mug on Nov 20th. I was shipped a 11oz mug instead. I contacted customer service. They sent me another mug and it was the wrong size again. This has happened now 3 times. I received the 3rd wrong mug 1/19/23. Not sure what I can do. There is no phone number to call and when I follow their recommended procedure to fix the problem they keep sending the wrong size mug. This was for a Christmas present. I will never order from them again.
