West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I am so pleased with my West & Willow picture! It looks just like my dog and the photo I sent the company. It came quickly and the background and frame are exactly what I wanted, too. I have told all of my family and friends to get their animals picture's done, as well!!

First print arrived damaged. The print was warped and the frame was coming apart at one corner. After multiple complaints to customer service, they agreed to send another one. Despite clear instruction in correspondence, they sent the second one to the wrong address (mine--it was a gift for someone in another state). I asked for a prepaid label to ship to the correct address and they refused, though did issue a partial refund that would cover part of the shipping. Before shipping I opened the package. The frame is coming apart in all four corners. The cracks in the corners are big enough that you can see through them. The frame is extremely low quality for the price.

I love the portrait looks just like my dog, but the background had noticeable brown mark and was a little bent from the rolling in the bag. Other than that I was pleased with my order.

The portrait did not look like my friend’s dog. So I contacted them and they redid it. They said 3-5 business days and it was 2 weeks. Looked a lot better. Shipped it out and it was supposed to get there on a Sunday, but didn’t until Wednesday. And when my friend received it, IT WAS THE WRONG PET. Took them over 24 hours to respond to my email. Said the right one is going out, but it’s now been almost 2 months since I placed my original order. And it isn’t like this is an inexpensive item. Almost $100 and all these problems. Ridiculous.

I saw an ad for West and Willow on Instagram. I recently lost my cat, Gremlin, to cancer, and I was looking for some way to remember her. I thought having artwork of my sweet baby to hang on the wall would be a perfect way to do that. My portrait arrived very quickly after ordering it. It is stylized, which I knew, and I have to say it looks almost exactly like her. She was a very unique looking little cat so I knew it would be difficult for them to capture all of her details, and since she had already passed on I was unable to take a new photo to match their requirements so I had only a few pictures to chose from when sending a reference, but when I unboxed the portrait I knew immediately they had captured her well. The only complaint I could have is that the frame itself feels a bit flimsy - I ordered the walnut frame - for the markup they gave me, but I guess I could always buy a new frame if I wanted to. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone who wishes to have a beautiful framed picture of their fur baby to hang in their home.

I sent a message right after delivery and West & Willow got back to me immediately to help me with my concerns. Great customer service!

The company ruined my family's Christmas gifts by sending duplicates of one mug and not sending the other one and then being nonresponsive via email for over 2 weeks. It is unacceptable. I also had to ask 5 times to get refunded for the skip the line charge that was obviously NOT what I got. I will never order again.

I ordered a portrait of our two pets for my partner and it arrived in a timely manner. I messaged the support team as I was not fully satisfied with a small detail on one of my cats. They got back to me with a revision, which I asked to be changed again, and they did a second revision in less than a day! I had no issue with the support team to have the picture improved and they were very pleasant the whole time! My new portrait is perfect and I couldn't be happier with all aspects of my experience.
