I ordered from West and Willow for a Christmas present portrait of our dog for my mom. Turns out, my boyfriend had already ordered a portrait with our dog and the two cats for myself LOL. When we opened the gifts his portrait was perfect, but my dog for my mom wasn’t as “scruffy” as I’d hoped. I emailed them about it, as my boyfriend’s version was great so it might have been the picture I chose. They were very helpful and kind- they fixed the portrait and sent a draft for me to confirm the update before providing a complementary portrait due to my not being completely satisfied with the prior one. Excellent customer service and a great gift idea!

Not lose your order, then say it’s been reliever when it sure has NOT. Been waiting close to 4-5 months for a simple order. Absolutemy wrong!

Turned out perfect! We lost our little dog in June and it has left a HUGE hole in my heart. The picture from West & Willow turned out great and captured him perfectly. Thank you!

Updated review: I received the product. I have to admit I am impressed. It came out really good. I wish they would improve the packaging as it got damaged a little on the corner. Other than that: great product. I would also suggest to unsubscribe as soon as you can: they will bombard you otherwise with advertisements. I will order from this site again.

I was not allowed to view the artist's proof prior to purchase. If I had been able, I would have known right away that the product did not match the color of my dog's eyes, one brown and one blue. I approved the rest of the item. I wrote back and was able to have it redone. Upon receipt of the 2nd item, the body of my dog was a different color (much lighter color) and not shaped the same. The 1st version was much better/closer to the coat color of my dog. Why would you change something that wasn't wrong, making it not as good? Also, the digital copy I ordered at checkout the first time never arrived. All in all, a shoddy experience. Too much aggravation for a $100 8x10.

I had two separate prints done. One with two cats and the second of our dog. The first time around I wasn’t happy with how the animals turned out. I left a review and was quickly contacted about making it right. I found the people who helped me to be excellent to work with. Very friendly and willing to help. They sent proofs before printing the second sent. I think sending a proof the first time would be a really great way to avoid this in the first place. Very happy with our fixed up prints!

W & W have been very responsive in answer to my question about the size of my order. I did not see that 2 animal portraits had to be larger than 8.5 x11. Trustpilot is asking for a review weeks before I receive my order. Strange timing
