I am very happy with my purchase. The team at West & Willow created a wonder portrait of my late dog Roush. It really exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this business to all my friends and family with pets.

After the recent passing of my lil dude, Loke. I found myself missing him in so many ways. One of which was seeing him everyday. West & Willow had and does exactly what I was looking for. Couldn’t be happier with the way my prints turned out. In remembrance, thanks to you all at West & Willow. Perfect Memorial piece.

This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. They captured each one’s true personality. I love it so much. 10 out of 10. I will be back for more.

My dog is a dark charcoal and the picture blends in with the white background. So disappointed. I won't ever recommend west & willow. Also if I would if known it would take close to 3 weeks I would of never ordered. That should be displayed every where. Im soooo disappointed in the quality.

The pet portrait they sent me looks nothing like my dog. I am very discontent with the portrait they sent me. Definitely not worth your money.

Hello Erica, We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your artwork! Different factors can affect the final outcome including shadows or filters on photos. That being said, we will be happy to work with you on a revision. Please look for an email from us about the next steps.

I received my dog’s portrait today and it is beautiful! It is an (almost) perfect depiction of the photo I provided at the time of the order. The work was done quickly, and shipping to Canada took approx. 2 weeks. I think it would be ideal if there was an opportunity to view the portrait in advance of it being finalize. In the portrait my dog has much more white around his snout than he did in reality. A quick view and opportunity to provide feedback would improve the final product. Even with that, it is still beautiful and a lovely, unique keepsake!

Very helpful. Happily worked with me to change what I didn’t like about the original photo until it was perfect. I’d definitely recommend this company to fellow pet lovers.
