EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I could give more stars I would. First of all the product I received was beautiful. There was an error concerning the order of my pup's names on the artwork. I contacted customer service with the issue fully expecting them to tell me it was my fault for not listing the names in the correct order. Not the case. They immediately corrected it and even said I could keep the one that I originally received...frame and all! Will definitely refer friends and order again.

Bad costumer service. The company sent the wrong item and it was a nightmare trying to fix the problem. I will never buy again.

Extremely disappointed with the order and how it turned out. I ordered a custom portrait for my parents after our family dog died in September and was looking forward to giving it to them. Not only did the portrait arrive almost 4 weeks after the expected delivery date, it was also sent to the wrong address, and it looked nothing like our family’s dog. I would have been embarrassed to give the portrait to my parents! After going back and forth with customer service, I finally gave up and realized I wouldn’t be getting a refund and had no desire to go through this process again. I ended up ordering another custom portrait from a small business and it turned out beautifully! Wouldn’t recommend West & Willie to anyone, based on the product, customer service, and organization (or lack thereof) of the company. 0/10!
