A very simple process. Also a great president’s day deal!!

Ordering was super simple and easy! The portrait turned out perfect and incredibly beautiful. I ordered this for my boyfriend who had to put down his 17 year old dog. It arrived a day after the appointment and he was in tears over it. It was so special, meant the world to him, and he will cherish it always.

It was an easy process. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I made this purchase as a gift and did not see a way to add a gift message. I would think this is something people would give as a gift so that would be an important option.

I wish they could do a preview of what it may look like
