I’ve updated my review from 1 to 3 stars because of the way the company reconciled the issue. They asked me what I felt was incorrect, they fixed it and sent me a proof before printing and shipping it to me at no further cost. The second one was much better and more accurate. I wish they would just send a proof the first time around to avoid this happening, given that my description on my original order was EXACTLY the same as what I told them they needed to fix. Original review: The dog is completely crooked on the page and not at all lined up with his name at the top. It looks like you’re staring at the frame with your head tilted in two different directions. So disappointed because this was supposed to be a gift and I’m embarrassed to give it.

Where is the quality control? My first order was completely screwed up. Instead of a clear outline of my dog’s face there were large black patches over the top and bottom of the pillow. I could hardly make out the name of the dog: When I requested a correction on the order, I was told I would be sent a shipping confirmation. Months passed and I received nothing. After reaching back out I was told the team had “regrettably overlooked” my order. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable considering the amount that went into the original product. Please do better.

We were very excited to gift this to my Mom on her birthday but tragically, her beloved dog passed away the same night. The wonderful customer service team and designers were kind enough to make sure every detail was perfect as there was an issue with the initial art work. I can’t thank you enough for taking the time to make sure we were happy with the final product. Highly recommend this company!

I had an amazing experience with West & Willow, they have excellent customer service. The first portrait I received I was not happy with because it didn't look like my pet, so I contacted them and without hesitation they designed a new picture. Before shipping it to me they sent me a photo and asked if there was anything else they could fix before sending. Once it arrived I was SO happy with it, it looked amazing. However, there was a mark from the printer on the photo...I let them know and they immediately requested to send me a new one - all free of charge. They are honestly the best customer service people I have ever dealt with, THANK YOU WEST & WILLOW! :)

Absolutely great company. I had ordered a picture for Xmas that I did not when I received it. After Xmas they redid the picture and it came out perfect.
