I haven't seen the finished product or at least a proof. Being asked to review before the deal is closed is why I only based the 3 stars. Although, the ease of placing the order was fairly easy to use. Also I needed to add to my order and customer service was speedy, prompt, and helpful.

The USPS lost the package. West & Willow replaced the portrait and I am grateful. My only complaint was there is no customer service phone number to speak to anyone at West & Willow. After the Post Office admitted it was lost, my emails to West & Willow went unanswered until 60 days after it was lost. By then I ordered from another company because this had been a gift. They did finally respond and I am thankful.

Will I get a preview of my portrait before it is sent? Worried about the color of my dog looking odd with the background and frame colors that I chose. Also, it would be helpful if it told me when the estimated shipping time is. I paid $15 extra to get my portrait to the front of the line, but there is no way for customers to know how much sooner they will be receiving it. In other words, there’s no true way to see that the $15 fee is being used as it says it will be.

The entire process was easy and fine. I am buying this as a gift for my daughter, would have liked two additional things for the order. 1. A place for a gift note to enclose and 2. A place where I could write you a note or ask a question. Thanks

Website is very easy to navigate. Order was placed easily and the finished products arrived within a week of ordering and the pics were amazing! They were a gift for my daughter and she loved the pics of her dogs and cats. They looked just like the pics that were provided.

I probably should've picked a larger size, but my babies were illustrated just the way they are. It arrived fairly quickly as well!

It is beautiful! I am so pleased with how our picture turned out. We lost both of our fur babies within 3 years and it is a perfect memorial.
