I love it!!! Great job

I pulled a picture from Instagram of my friend's cat to give her a mug for her birthday and West & Willow did an amazing job!! They even nailed his snaggle tooth. I'm so excited to give it to her.

The picture turned out nice, I only wish our mini Aussie didn't look bigger than our huge Labrador.

The picture quality was not good, there is no preview option it took a month to receive my order, it was not worth the money spent and customer service argued with me about giving me a refund. I am still arguing and fighting for a refund! I’m disappointed and annoyed! Since there is no preview option a customer should be allowed a refund if not pleased with the outcome! Terrible! I would not recommend this to anyone!! And it’s a shame because the pics I’ve seen posted are adorable! That’s what drew me in! What a big disappointment this was!!
