Very pleased with this company!
I was hesitant to order from a random Facebook ad but I’m so glad I did. I ordered 2 pictures of pets that have passed away and they turned out so great and captured their individual looks so well so I ended up ordering 2 more of my current (alive) pets. The likeness of my pets were amazing..right down to an individual mole on my one dog to a tiny birthmark on the nose of my other dog. I ordered the 12x16 size for all four of my orders and they were the perfect size for the wall space I hung them on. The “glass” in the frames is actually just plastic but it doesn’t affect the overall look and you can’t even tell that it’s not actual glass. The frames are plastic but well put together and seamless in the corners which was nice. (I ordered the black frames with a white background for all my orders) The names of my pets was a nice touch and looked very neat and tidy and centered perfectly in the picture. I live in Saskatchewan Canada so I was worried on how long it would take to receive my order but was surprised that I received my order 3 weeks from when I submitted it. I also received a tracking number once they were shipped so I was able to keep track on where my packages were at all times and right up to the delivery to my home. Very pleased with my orders. Now, I also ordered a cell phone case with a pic of my one dog when he was a puppy but wasn’t too pleased with the case. The image on the cell phone case scratches easily and I don’t think it will last very long. This was disappointing because the cell phone case was pretty expensive, considering it was only a thin plain clear plastic that also didn’t really offer any protection to my phone and was mainly just as a cover. I touched base with the company about the cell phone case issue and was very pleased with the customer service. They replied back to my email within hours and offered a replacement item free of charge which was amazing. I chose to replace the cell phone case because I didn’t want to have to worry about dealing with the same issue again so I chose to replace it with a coffee mug. I was very pleased with how quickly the company responded and offered to rectify my problem. Overall I am very happy with this company.. the items are beautiful, captures the individuality of each one of my pets and they look great on the walls. I’m a huge fan of leaving reviews because I like to give credit when credit is due whenever I have a great shopping experience but I also think it’s super important to read honest reviews that can assist others as well. ☺️👍🏽 I wish I could submit photos with my review.
