I have purchased several portraits as gifts and finally for myself. I’ve had a few of my fur babies crossed over the rainbow and want to keep them close to my heart.

I placed an order for myself, and loved it so much that I started to get it as gifts for people. Such a fast turn around time with such a personal gift.

I’ve ordered multiple products and have always been very pleased. Highly recommend and am looking forward to my latest order for a family member.

Our picture came out the wrong color, I submitted a form on the website to follow up about an issue with the image and never got a response.

I ordered my item a months ago and it showing as shipped on the February 14 but ups has not even received the item yet. It was a birthday gift and I now have nothing for them.

Received the wrong phone case. They told me they would send a replacement, and I have not heard anything about it.

Using the site was easy and painless! Very easy to make selections to customize what I was looking for. Cannot wait to see the final product!!!

Cancellation policy, if we only have 30 minutes to change address or cancel our order. Why is your wait times 2-4 days? This seems very unfair that we must wait this long for an answer. Change your policy so that we as a customer can have more time to change our order if necessary.
