I received the wrong size phone cover I messaged you and told you I didn’t need an iPhone 13 mini I need the regular one just iPhone 13 again you sent me another iPhone 13 mini I can’t use this. I was so excited to receive this iPhone cover. My dog is no longer here I had to put to sleep and I can’t get the right iPhone cover

I was really excited for this item. It’s mine and my boyfriends first dog together and I got it as a gift for his 30th birthday. I ordered it 10 days ago and did not get any updates other than a status of “ standard shipping” messages the company and they said “ sorry for the delay it’s in the fulfillment stage” I asked how long that takes and they said in so many words “ you’ll receive an update through the mail once it ships” pretty upset I couldn’t get an estimate of how long it would take and now it’s late for his birthday.

I had a problem with my order having something on it I didn't want, or even see on there until the order already went through. I was able to get it corrected quite promptly. Customer service folks have been quite kind and helpful.

This has been the BEST customer service experience ever. The original portrait I received was not as I expected. I spoke with their rep, resent pictures and I received a new and improved picture today. They didn’t question anything, argue or haggle about my concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a lasting keepsake of their fur babies ❤️.

I wanted to change the background color of the portrait and then decided to cancel my order altogether because I needed some time to think about it. My inquiry was handled in ten minutes.

I gave a portrait of our golden retriever to my husband for Christmas. He was really surprised at how well you all did. My grandson said to me how he would like one of his 2 dogs. His birthday is coming up and I had one made of his dogs. Can’t wait to see the excitement on his face.

Well I ordered close to two month ago , and had no correspondence at all until I contacted you about my order. I answer the concerns you asked about my order right away then I just got an email stating I didn’t respond fast enough. You really need to get it together
