My portrait was not what I expected. I contacted West and Willow and a customer service representative personally sent me an email and told me they would make whatever corrections I wanted. They made the corrections I asked for and are sending me a new portrait! They told me to donate or toss the one I was not happy with! This was a great experience and an A+ experience! Which all companies were like this! Special thanks to Sierra my customer service representative!
