They did a perfect job on one of our dogs. We had a few quibbles with the one for our second dog, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were ultimately satisfied. Amazing customer service. Really appreciate it.

This was such an easy process and I loved being able to customize it. Our passes pup will now have his portrait on our wall and remembered forever. What a great company for pet lovers.

REVIEW UPDATE!! I felt it was important to update my review. Too many times in business, the business only hears from clients when they are unhappy and then no one hears about how they made things right. West & Willow went above and beyond to correct my concern. They contacted me immediately and worked with me to make it right. They were professional and timely. My finished product was everything I had hoped it to be! We have used West & Willow three times now. I couldn’t recommend a better company to do business with! Thank you!!

The picture looks just like our beloved little cats, and to top it off it came sooner than expected and on my fiancé birthday. Needless to say she loved it.
