Love the idea of custom-made pet portraits! Overall the ordering process was almost pain-free….what would make it amazing is if the customer could edit the order while it’s ‘in the cart’. I had to re-do 3 times because of a minor mistype of pet’s name or wrong size portrait selected or the digital version wasn’t added when clicked. Overall thankful and looking forward to the portraits that made by humans and not AI.

Really captured the spirit and soul of my dog in this portrait. I absolutely love it!

Ordering was straight forward and not confusing.

The good: I ordered a framed print the day after my dog died, and it arrived in about 7 days. I appreciate the fast turnaround. The print is very cute and resembles the photo I sent. The "meh": I ordered a framed 8x10 which is fairly small, all things considered, and it cost just about $100. The site mentions their "artists" but to me it looks like someone just applied a cartoon filter over the photo. Again, it looks very cute, but actually holding this thing in my hands makes me question why it was so expensive. Overall: I made an expensive grief-based decision and while I don't completely regret it, I don't know if I would do it again because of the cost.

I received the pictures about a week and a half after ordering, a lot faster than I expected! They are stunning and look identical to the photos I sent in. I love how my cats’ blue eyes turned out and my gaze is instantly drawn to them. I have referred all my friends and family!

Customer service is off the charts above and beyond. Siena was personable, prompt and solved my issue with ease and charm. I want to place another order just to support her! She is that good! Well done for hiring such a wonderful human being. We need more like her in the world, especially in customer service!

EDIT #2: It's perfect. Thanks West & Willow, I now have only happiness when I see the product you made for me. EDIT: I changed from 2 stars to 4 stars as I wrote West & Willow and explained my dismay. They're going to review, revise, and then ask me prior to sending replacements. This is the epitome of excellent customer service. If the revised version looks great, I'll come back and change to 5 stars. Thanks to W&W for their kindness in fixing what I'd hoped to be perfect. My dog's right eye is way higher than it should be; it looks like a 4 year old placed, like one would a stuck-in googly eye. It's sad, because I was hoping this would be a lovely commemorative object d'art. Instead, it's garbage and a waste of money.

Thank you for giving us a way to remember our late pup. The portrait came out so amazing. She will forever be with us
