The product is great. However, I paid for a digital copy of our artwork, and when I received notification that it was ready there was no way to obtain it. Their website has no obvious way to contact them about issues like this, so I filled out the contact form twice but received no response. Still no response to date.

I ordered 2 prints of my dog that were framed plus the digital copy of the print. The 2 framed prints were great. Both of my daughters loved it. However the problem was that I never received the digital copy. After writing a review I did receive my digital copy and I am very pleased. I appreciate West & Willow for correcting the situation.

the product a mug came wrong and now instead of getting a replacement the customer service team is still ignoring me on email and instagram i’ve been wait days for a response from specifically andrian hasn’t processed the refund on the mug nor has he sent the invoice for the new portrait i would be getting with more accurate colors to match my dog my order number was #440725. between ever response is like 5 days and if this keeps getting dragged on i won’t be able to have my gift in time for july 15 my wife’s birthday i’m getting very annoyed and frustrated with how they are treating this situation i feel like i’m fighting to get what i already paid for just ridiculous please respond in timely manners so things can actually get done i’ve been communicating with a drain every 5 days since june 22 this should’ve been long over

We recently lost our wonderful Cinna after a quick and devastating illness. She was my husbands constant sidekick. I ordered the poster to surprise him.

I originally had concerns about inconsistent delivery time. The Support Team addressed it right away and it all worked out beautifully. We are very happy with the end result.
