Sharon reached out to me as soon as she saw the pictures I submitted were not going to work. She worked with me until we got the right picture. I gave it as a gift to a friend and he is absolutely loves it.

I bought a portrait and a mug for my wife for Xmas last year. Fast forward to yesterday, and I accidentally broke the mug that my wife loves. I reached out and they were able to get me a redo and gave me a discount for the repeat business. Very happy!

I ordered this for a gift after being the recipient of my own pet portrait. The 2 dogs looked identical to their pictures plus it shipped out quickly! Such a unique and thoughtful present that is absolutely adorable. Once the picture was received, I noticed the names of the dogs had been switched. I reached out to the company and they quickly worked with me to get a new picture that was exactly what I wanted! Excellent customer service and I would definitely order with them again - couldn’t recommend more!!
