Free shipping is for 100 and over, but I was at 99$, and there is nothing to buy for $1, tricky

The fastest and friendliest customer service I’ve ever had online shopping

It was very easy to submit dog photos and complete the process to get a portrait. I’m excited to see how the portrait comes out and even more grateful that a company does this for our fur babies.

I placed my order on Sept 4th. I used a 20% labor day sale offer. I préfères 2 frames and I tried to add the digital copies as well but your website does not add them to the cart. I emailed customer service to inform them of the issue and I attached a video of the issue. I asked to purchase the digital copies with the 20% discount but the agent sent me an invoice at full to pay and totally disregard the problem I was having. It’s not a question of the money but the principle. I received a UPS shipping order on Sept 10th for my frames. Today is the 28th of Sept and I still have not received them. I emailed customer service and they said to be patient and that they are certain that it will arrive. Not impressed with the service I have received. Very poor.
