I ordered the IPhone case with my daughter's German Shepard's picture on it who recently passed. Within a month the picture started to chip away. I contacted customer service, sent a picture and they replaced it immediately. Nice not to have to argue about getting a replacement, they did it right away.

Paid for faster shipping. Still shipped standard shipping. Standard shipping then took much longer than expected. All while incorrect shipping information being provided the entire time through another app I had to download just to track my package, which I have still yet to receive due to further delay.

Ordering the picture was very easy. The step by step directions are easy to complete. The shipping was quick. I am waiting for my portrait to be delivered when the survey was sent to me.

What a wonderful experience this was. The picture of my animals came out amazing. Although my frame was damaged in shipping, they were so fast to get it resolved. Fabulous customer service. And a beautiful tribute to my cats who have passed and my new pup. Thanks so much!

I’m not happy with the way it turned out. Dogs look cartoonish. The smaller dog looks bigger than the big lab. I’m hoping my daughter loves it anyways.

It was relatively easy to go online and make my order. With hopes it comes to me soon and the product is what I ordered....then I will give you a honest review!
