West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Amazing! Looked just like my dog. Thank you for this unforgettable momento!!!

Didnt send link for digital download again. Second time ordering and this happened the first time as well.

Looks just like Kinsley!

Site is easy to navigate, and the finished product is wonderful

The picture of my dog on the coffee mug was very small compared to what I thought it would be and especially for a coffee mug that ended up costing $80 after taxes and fees. The picture didn’t even reach the center of the coffee mug from the bottom. It was about as tall as my pinky finger and about as wide. Very small for a huge coffee cup. It also didn’t look artistic like the other pictures on the website it just looked copy and pasted from the picture.

the customer service team were quick to respond, courteous and very eager to please.

Super fast customer service response time and exceeded my expectations

This is my second purchase from West & Willow. Not only is the process easy, but the end product is beautiful. My sister loved her picture of her fur babies, so when my dear friend lost her Gizmo, I thought this would be a lovely way to remember him.
