I give this 5 Stars because it is SO deserving of it! They totally captured my dogs features, especially her eyes. I am in love with this work of art!

I've written to them to see if my frame can be changed out, "your artwork is already produced" which I understand, but there's no reason the artwork can't just be switched into the frame I want. If it was already shipped I'd understand but a "no" we can't shows how accommodating company is. And I also got this review request before my item has even been shipped.

Purchased these as Christmas gifts for my daughters. These are photos of their very first "fur babies", something they will have as a keepsake forever. The photos turned out so cute and the framing is very nice too. I was also impressed with the quick delivery. Maybe too quick, I've got to resist the idea of giving them before Christmas. I'm always looking for a gift that's personal and something they wouldn't buy for themselves. This one is going to be their favorite for sure!

Incorrect spelling of the dogs name. I now must do again but still no order confirmation with his correct spelling. We will wait until it’s done correctly this time.

I purchased a phone case and unfortunately it had a flaw running down the face of my dog which occurred during shipping. I contacted support and received a response from them within minutes. They sent me a new one immediately. This is a stand up company that does excellent work and backs its product. You won’t be disappointed!
