The customer service for this company is phenomenal! The worked SO hard to create a good likeness of our very black cat, Sadie, who recently passed away. This was not an easy task! They didn't stop making changes to her portrait until I was completely satisfied. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are absolutely amazing and the work they do is so adorable!
