Absolutely loved the product that came. Was concerned that maybe the picture wouldn’t turn out as well, but it looked amazing. Will definitely use this site again in the future and highly recommend it.

I am very disappointed with the quality of your product. Your marketing material indicated that the product would take 2-3 weeks to arrive. This was, to me, an indication that the final artwork would be carefully completed. Instead, my drawing was shipped out mid-afternoon on Tuesday (I ordered the product on Friday evening). This picture looks like it was drawn by someone without much art knowledge. As for the broken mug that I received, it is my hope that, going forward, your co-workers will consider wrapping the cups before placing the breakable item in a cardboard box and shipping them out.
