I would like to have an actual gift "card" not an email

I purchases some items for my dog that had passed away. These items turned out perfect. They will always be a good reminder of my baby, and what a good dog she was. Very pleased with my purchase.

I received my picture today. While the actual picture is amazing, the frame seems very cheaply made with gapes in the corner seams. I have the same picture of my other dog ordered previously, and the frame is thicker and more robust. So unfortunately when I put them together on the wall they do not match.

Very easy process

How can you ask me to review a product I've yet to receive. Plus I never got to preview the picture before placing the order.
