I absolutely love the portrait. I am so excited to give this to my daughter as a Christmas gift. This process was so easy. Upload the photo of your choice. Fast turn around and the portrait was just perfect. Just made another purchase for my other daughter.

My photo looks nothing like my deceased dog. The advertisement shows actual photos with the backgrounds removed and cleaned up. I received an altered photo that looks more like a painting. I do not like it at all

Not sure why, but had lots of pop up ads on the website making it difficult to browse but everything else was awesome.

They didn’t get it right the first time and getting it right has taken forever. They refused to refund. I will never buy from them again

I don’t know if this is in yalls control, but my order said it would get here Thursday the 2nd, then last night said it would deliver by Friday the 3rd, now it’s saying Monday the 6th. This is a gift and it’s annoying it keeps getting pushed back. Like I said I don’t know if y’all can control this, but I keep getting emails on how y’all did and I can’t even review the product yet.

Great customer service! But even more important, the finished product was so far beyond my expectations. I cried when I took it out of the shipping box.

Everything went very smoothly - from ordering to delivery! I was a little concerned when I didn’t hear anything between submitting my order and shipping, but after that, I received updates until it was at my front door! Now . . . the product! The work itself is really beautiful and they captured my beautiful girl spot on! I couldn’t be happier and I can’t wait to find the perfect place to display it. If you’ve been thinking about ordering, stop thinking about it and just do it! You won’t be sorry!!!

Not worth $90.00 at all. My pet’s name wasn’t centered over his picture. The spacing of the letters in his name are off. Not the best quality.
