The photo was even better than I expected. It is perfect and looks exactly like my two dogs. I cannot believe it

I order West and Willow for my family and friends and they always absolutely love these!! Once my family and friends display their artwork, their friends and family order West and Willow artwork!! It’s beautiful and everyone loves them! My favorite gift to give!

It’s a cute idea, wish I could have reviewed before it was finalized and sent through. I had two dogs in the pic and the style of photo didn’t really match that well when I saw them by side. I’d have perhaps found another photo.

The drawing doesn't resemble my cat AT ALL. It looks like an owl. I am very disappointed, and this has been a pricey mistake. Unless West and Willow redo this drawing, I am not ordering anything from them again.
