I ordered a 2 dog portrait. I like the portrait but the one dog’s colouring is not right which is disappointing. Edit: West snd Willow contacted me and re did the picture. They had me send more photos and then re did it, had me approve the picture and sent a brand new one. The colours are perfect. Great customer service!

I had made a mistake on the shipping address and it was corrected within an hour.

Absolutely beautiful life-like pet portrait. So beautiful that I ordered one of my grandchildren's dog for Christmas.

It was a fast easy process, had all the things laid out and you just had to type the names and add the photos, I can't wait to get it!
