West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Easy to order, straightforward instructions cant wait to receive.

There were several communications with customer service. Simple questions like do you offer gift messages, etc. Never received a reply. The end product was only fair and only vaguely resembled our pet.

Great customer service!

Site is easy to use and the final product is fantastic.

Jeramy from Customer Services and Support replied to my email inquiry fast and was able to assist me with my order update. Not only are these portraits amazing (this is my third order which I will be gifting for the holidays) but I can now also say that the customer support is EXCELLENT! Keep up the great work, West & Willow team!

Great product, and it was exactly what I hoped for!

Very easy to use, FAQs were helpful. Can't wait to see the finished product - If it's a good likeness, expect a lot more business as I'll gladly spread the word!
