Easy to order

I had an issue with my original picture when it arrived…I received a quick response to my request to have an adjustment made. A new corrected proof was sent to me and I am eagerly awaiting arrival of my new improved picture…..great looking product with great customer service! Win win

I barely get any communication about the order. I read that you get access to digital print (if you purchase it, and I have) that a link would be provided but I didn’t get anything and I still don’t know where to find it. All I know is my order is arriving tomorrow and I have no clue what it will look like.

Quality product and excellent customer service

Very nice site and offerings. The site is somewhat cumbersome (no intuitive way to "go back" to change sizes, colors) and no "preview". Otherwise, nice.

I got a mug last year and loved it. I just ordered another one and everything is great but it would be even better if I could see a preview of my photo on the mug!
