West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Easy to place order.

This is the fourth time I’ve ordered a pet portrait from West and Willow. They have all turned out fabulous! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a forever keepsake.

So easy to order. Can't wait to see the finished product.

It’s difficult to change order so I started over 6 times on 2 separate orders and I’m technology savvy! Having placed 2 orders, it would’ve been nice to combine them to save on your shipping cost. Not really understanding why my second order was more expensive than the first since the background and frame colors were basic choices. Lastly, these are gifts and I didn’t have the choice to designate accordingly so at least one of the recipients wouldn’t see the cost, b/c it will make her feel bad. I thought these difficulties were a sign not to purchase but I did anyway. Sure hoping end product is of quality.

It was very easy to order online. It didn’t take but a quick minute. Looking forward to receiving the picture!
