I accidentally submitted the name incorrectly. After reaching out within 30 minutes of placing my order, the customer service representative told me that they could only accomodate changes up to 30 minutes. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Easy to order but it would be nice to preview what the framed photo will look like BEFORE you purchase. Especially for the fact that my order is a gift.
