The print looks nothing like my dog. The eye color isn’t even correct. I emailed the company and got no response. Waste of money!!

I have had the most wonderful experience with West and Willow! They regularly updated me about my order, responded quickly to my questions/concerns, and have been so kind throughout the entire process! The portrait of my pups is SO accurate and well done; I can tell there was a great deal of work put into making it special! When I opened my package I cried a little! I HIGHLY recommend West and Willow for all of your pet portrait needs!!!

I’ve ordered from West & Willow several times. The art is always great and ships fast. My problems are these: 1. You get at least 2-3 marketing emails daily. This is annoying, but extra annoying when I’ve already placed an order - no need to sell me anymore. I also asked to be removed from the marketing campaigns and was called the wrong name multiple times and told I can just unsubscribe. I explained many times I didn’t want to unsubscribe from emails because I didn’t want to miss an important order email. Customer support was no help repeatedly. 2. The cost is pretty high for what you get. Though I am a repeat customer, all of this is just not for me — I won’t be ordering again.
