SO OBSESSED

My two pet portrait order was processed quickly, even with it being close to the holidays. It arrived today in excellent condition. With one of my dogs being gone, this keepsake couldn’t be more perfect. Thank you for taking such great care to perfectly capture their two personalities. My family is going to love it!

My soul dog passed away in July, when I saw this ad for the custom portrait I knew I had to purchase it for something to honor her by! I ordered it on November 28th and it was at my door on December 8th! I love it so so much and will cherish it forever.

I ordered a picture of my Husband's late dog, whom he loved to pieces. This will be a Christmas gift for him to hang in his office. West and Willow did a great job of capturing the personality of the picture I sent them. I thought I ordered somewhat late to get it in time for Christmas, but it got here fairly quickly! Very happy with my purchase. I got the largest one I could get, and framed. Very nice!

The picture I saw in the ad looked so realistic and like the pet but the one that I received was more like a cartoon of the pet. I am very disappointed by the product for that price. Unfortunately, it is a Christmas gift so there is nothing I can do

I ordered 3 of the largest photos, each costing $140 and not 1 of them came out looking like the photos I sent in. All 3 photos were of dogs in their younger years, 1 being a 1 year old in the photo I sent, but then the photo I received had that dog looking like she was 15. The other 2 photos, 1 being the most important because it's of my partners pet that passed away, looks nothing like him or the photo I sent in. I think not doing a preview of the designs before they are made and sent out is a huge disservice to the customer since these are considered custom photos and cannot be returned, claiming that this is "In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible". I would rather my photos look correct and 100% like what I am expecting and paying for, than spending all this money, the product being rushed to me (received just shy of 2 weeks) and not being what I expected and nonreturnable. I also purchased a digital copy of the photos, which I was supposed to receive at the time of the physical product shipping, but still have not received that. I had heard so many good things about West and Willow but sadly this experience did not work out. Now to scramble and figure out new Christmas gifts.

I was having trouble placing oder..commented on Facebook..someone sent me message and helped me with order. They were very nice and helpful and I was able to place order.
