I received my order ahead of schedule & when I contacted the support team they responded to my question quickly. I am sooo pleased with my order. My pet passed away & this is a beautiful portrait of him that we will cherish for many years. I can’t wait for my husband to open his gift in Christmas.

Ordered my two pet portrait and got a different single animal. It’s a mistake. They did turn around my order to resend. Two stars, would be one without the customer service. It would go up if I get my ordered portrait before Christmas. I received my requested portrait before Christmas. Thanks to their customer service team

Well honestly my frame came busted and the glass broken. Should really package your items better. But I sent an email and they responded promptly. But the hassel and time of waiting 3 weeks and it arrived damaged. So now I have to wait even longer.
