I do not like the product how do I return them ?

My order was incorrect at first but the team went above and beyond to correct it. It came out perfect!

It has been 3.5 weeks since ordering and my order still has not shipped. I also received an email two weeks ago saying that my digital photo was available and it would only be offered for purchase for 24 hours. I ordered that as well (thinking I would get it quickly if it was already “available”). I then find out I will not receive the digital copy until my original order has been marked as “delivered”. I feel misled. Why did they send an email saying my digital copy was ready? Why don’t I receive the digital copy that is “ready” now since I paid for it? Now I do not have anything to give my sister for Christmas. I thought ordering a month in advance would be plenty of time, and at least I’d have a digital copy to show her if all else failed, but I don’t even have that.

It was worth every F$&@ing penny.

The print is beautiful, and the customer service was quick and helpful.

Absolutely loved how everything turned out! The photos had more detail than I had expected, and turned out just like the photos I submitted! There was even a slight misunderstanding with the punctuation, and they took care of it immediately and replaced my order right away. Wonderful customer service!!

While this is a cute item based on the price I expected a higher quality product. Overpriced and probably would not have purchased unless it was less expensive.
