The frame was damaged and the picture didn't have the expression that my pet had on the photo. I was disappointed. It's a very expensive work not to receive it perfectly.

Sent the picture and two weeks later, we had a perfect remembrance of our dog. Hardest part was choosing the picture. Easy to upload.

The turnaround time was fast and the pictures came out good - I'm excited to give these as gifts. However, I think the packaging could be better. Since I chose the option without the frames, the pictures came rolled up. Because the paper is relatively thick, it ended up having bumps & creases when I unrolled the pictures. I also had to lay them out under something heavy for a few hours so they'd flatten out. Additionally, it would have been nice to receive updates along the way or even proofs of the pictures for approval before they shipped. However, all things considered, this was a good experience.

I was so excited to give this as a gift. The shipping was so fast and so excited to se the portrait. Once I saw the picture my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The picture is not only off center, her face was so low to the boarder all you saw was white background.

I ordered a gift card . It was sent to me. There were no options to send it to the recipient. I’m disappointed I could not order it and send it to a different email adt. I emailed the company immediately after purchase and have not heard anything.
