West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

My order came on time with nice framing.

So accurate! Love it

Got this for my boyfriend’s parents after their family dog passed away, it’s perfect! I can’t wait to give it to them, the illustration looks just like the photo!

Great Picture and Excellent Customer Service! Not only is our picture an absolutely fantastic rendition of my sister in law's dogs, but the customer service was fantastic! Our picture came with a damaged frame, we let West & Willow know about the damage and they shipped us another picture and frame. We couldn't be happier!

The quality of work and customer service is excellent. Thank you!

What an amazing job!! My sister was speechless with her gift. I will definitely be using your company again in the future!! Thank you for making my picture come to life

Captured the essence of my precious companions perfectly. I just love them.

Not happy at all with the finished product. The website and related process of placing the order was very good. However, the finished portrait of our late beloved dog is so poor that I may not give it to my son as a Christmas gift. The portrait is 1/3 head shot and 2/3 space. Looks terrible. I sent a full shot of our dog while he was sitting. While the shot would likely be less than his whole body the portrait looks silly taking up 1/3 at most, of the framed finished product. My son owns a dog business and I was hoping to use your service in the future. I am not happy.
