West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Disappointed! Even though it is a beautiful product (seen other ppl pets) our came out different….my dog has a white coat and the one on a picture is yellow/brown….totally not like mine. I mean it’s her face but that’s about it ! $114 later I don’t know what to do with it 😣🤷‍♀️

No response on when my order will be delivered. I have not received my order and no one responds to me. Please let me know where my order is.

Too soon to tell - but I am disappointed that the shipping information was very far off. It said it wouldn't arrive for several weeks, so I had it shipped to the receipient's winter address - only to find out that it shipped MUCH sooner and no one was there.

I can’t be happier with the way the framed dog illustrations came out. Great work, and they delivered quickly as promised.

Based on what I saw on the website in the pictures that were shown, I was under the assumption that they would use an actual photo in the picture and not what looks like a cartoon image of the photo. This was very expensive based on the low quality product I received.

Quick turn around time which was perfect for this last minute Christmas gift. Quality and picture accuracy is perfect and I can not wait to give this portrait to my parents!

the order was completed swiftly and I loved the result. price is great as well.

Outstanding! I ordered a portrait and mug. Cannot wait to give as a goft for Christmas!
