I ordered a mug and a framed art piece with my two dogs on it. The mug arrived in a box with no protection at all, unwrapped, and broken. However, they did respond immediately and are sending a replacement, so that's good. But the fact that it was shipped that way in the first place is the reason for the 3 start rating. The framed art piece seems to be good quality. A little disappointed that the picture looks so much like a drawing, it's not real looking at all. Their website shows several completed pieces, some look more real than others, so I knew it would be a bit of a gamble. But it looks very "drawn" and one dog's coloring is quite a bit different than in real life. So, it's cute, but I would probably not recommend.

Excellent customer service! A member of the design team made some revisions based on my feedback. The updated version exceeded my expectations. Everything looked great, and it was sent it to production! The company was very responsive and showed perseverance and patience to make my project a success!

I really wish you could preview the item before it is shipped. I have two westies, the one in the picture has crazy eyes and the other one is more of a cream color. I think if customers could preview and give some suggestions that would be very helpful.

It would have been nice to see a preview of what my picture would look like.

It was simple to upload the pictures and place the order.
