These turned out beyond my expectation! Love them!

Customer experience has been amazing! Merdae was a great point of contact and she made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I’m truly impressed with the level of care and supper West & Willow provides its customers even post purchase.

My first order came with a broken frame. I emailed the issue with no response. I then went online and saw instructions on how to report the issue. Once I did the online form. They promptly replaced it. It was actually seamless through the online system

I had an issue with the art not properly representing my pet. It took about 7 revisions for the artists to finally get it right. The customer service team is second to none. I can't recommend the after service enough. They were very patient, kind and understanding. It was a frustrating experience where the artists just weren't taking in my recommendations at all it seemed, but the work was finally done right in the end and I am very happy with the results. This is my second lot of items from this company and it is very good. Only other downfall is the quality of the print is not as good as it used to be. I have compared the one I recieved in 2020 and the one I recieved now in 2024 and the print quality was much better in the 2020 item (speaking about the Mug printing, not the artwork)

Above and beyond amazing customer service!! The portrait I ordered looked a bit different than the image proof and my dogs ended up much smaller in frame than I was expecting. I contacted their customer service and Merdae was SO incredibly helpful - I received a new image proof in a day, and was able to confirm everything looked great before she placed a separate order for me free of charge. I'll be recommending West & Willow to everyone I know!

The portrait is a beautiful likeness of our dear golden retriever. We are ordering additional portraits of beloved pets!

Was sent a picture with mistakes, contacted the company and the mistake was corrected snd a new picture was sent about a week later.
