West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Ordering was easy and quick. There gas been constant contact between yall and myself. I just cant wait for it to get here!

I purchased this as a gift for a colleague. We had some hiccups with shipping during holidays and bad weather but the the company was great at reshipping the lost item and my friend LOVED her gift. It was well worth the wait.

I made a comment on Facebook how my dogs necks didn’t look as good as the picture posted. Someone immediately got back to me and remade my print. Such a great gesture. Thank you Merdae, definitely recommend!

Very nice customer service and timely.

Perfect for the memorial for my cat that passed away suddenly. It was with heavy heart that I had to have the portrait done. But my Jello kitty will always be with us. ❤️, a crazy cat lady.

My picture came out exactly as the photo I sent in. The customer service I received as well was outstanding! This is my SECOND time ordering with West & Willow and it won’t be the last!

Great quality of work and arrived super fast!

Amazing! Great!
